HOW TO SET UP GOALS & STAY MOTIVATED ! 💪
What is your main 2018’s accomplishment, and what are your goals for this new beautiful year coming ? 🤗✨
How do you want to make this year different? How do you want to keep positive vibes going so you can FINALLY achieve those New Year’s goals without giving up ??
Goals help you gain clarity on what you truly want in life.
My favorite & most effective ways to set goals is to utilize the S.M.A.R.T criteria !
✏️ SET REALISTIC GOALS : to limit disappointment ! If you know that your goal is out of reach, you will quickly give up. 🤷🏻♀️✨
✏️TAKE BABY STEPS : : take small consistent steps rather than all in once to finally get discoraged ! 📈
✏️ BE SPECIFIC : goals that are really clear – they should highlight exactly what you want to happen, including information - You want to lose weight ? Recover ? Use questions like What, Why, and How ! 👏🏼☺️
✏️ MEASURE IT: if you can’t measure it, you will not know if you’ve realized it! (we often think we don’t progress but when we see before picture we’re chocked!)
✏️ Set a DEADLINE ! to avoid procrastinate permanently (again, the deadline should be realistic ! You can't want to lose 10 kg in 1 months)
‼️Last, but definitely not least, is to follow your passion & do something that you LOVE ‼️❤️
I can't stress enough, but you should do it for the RIGHT reasons if you want to succeed ! I talk a lof about getting in shape as I know it's what most of you is about, but never forget WHY you're doing it ! 😉 To get healthier, the best version of yourself, and to feel GOOD ! 🌿🤸🏼♀️🍍
When you’re passionate about your goals, you like what you are doing, you will be much more likely to achieve them.
I think you shouldn't wait until the 1st to start working on yourself, but it's THE occasion to fresh start & to finally change your LIFE-style !! 💪🏼💖
