LOW GI, HIGH PROTEIN BANANA BREAD 😍🍌💪 (vegan)
The ingredients I am using are linked ! All are from BodyandFit ! Amazing online store I just discovered ! They selling supplements, but also fit food such as healthy low carbs muesli, pasta, bread, nut butter, superfood, … And not expensive at all !

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup coconut sugar (GI : 35)
Ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup soy milk
Natural flavor vanilla drop, cinnamon, dried grapes, other fruits, nuts, seeds … be creative !
La protéine que j'ai utilisé pour cette recette, gout banane.
In a bowl, combine the flour, protein, soy milk & baking soda.
In the mine time, in another bowl, add in the mashed bananas & sugar.
Add the bananas into the first bowl, add all the other fantasy ingredients you wish ! (Recommendations : you can add some super food such as ashwagandha powder that I just tried ! For extra yumminest, feel free to add some of your favorite nut butter ! You can make it even more nutrient dense by adding some chia seeds)
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes - until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Enjoy this banana cake just as it is, or, I suggest my version … 😏 :
I deep it in nut butter and add some cacao nips on top 🤗 I usually eat it for breakfast with some muesli ! If you want to keep it low carb all the way you can try this one ! No added sugar & 37g protein !
Low carbs muesli can be super healthy or full of added crap, dangerous educlorants, concervator, ... etc.
So be carful ! Same with your protein power ! If I recommend you a product or a brand is that I truly believe in it and actually USING IT myself ! You know me now ! 💞
