New year is here, it's maybe the bEst moment for you to try veganism right ?! 🤗
I challenge you to try veganism for at least a month ! Take it like a new funny challenge !

That's why I want to give you my top tips so you know you're doing it right and you don't see yourself quitting !
1️⃣ - Educate yourself on why you are doing this :
Health, environment, ethic, ... It doesn't matter ! The more backgrounds you have, the more you know the reasons why you are doing it, the less you are lickly to quit.
Especially if you are doing it for health reasons ! Knowing all the benefices for your health and what it can do for your body, you are pretty unlickly to go back on your decision ! 😉
3️⃣ - Find someone who can help or guide you in your transition :
It can be a friend that are already vegan or who want to try with you, a family member, doesn't matter !
I can help you as well ! I've made a 4week vegan meal plan full of meal ideas & nutrition explanations ! (referred to my first tips, it can help you to get a strong knowledge as well ☺️) it designed for whose who want to shred fat, get toned and healthy !
3️⃣ - Suround yourself with plenty of plant based choices ! 🍒🍠🌽🍝🍓🍇
Choose variety, colors, don't be scared to try new food !
You will be amaze by how much new things you will discover !! Get exited ! Try new fun recipes, try fake meat and all those vegan substitutions ! (Not to replace the meat taste, just to have FUN)
4️⃣ - Last but not least, make sure you are eating enough in general !
It's a mistake too much people tent to do, and that's the main reason why people quit.
Most plant based food, if not all, contain a lot of fiber (so keep you full quicker) and have a higher volume for less calories. So please, if you are use to eat your chicken with broccolis, don't just cut chicken and only eat your broccolis !
Also make sure to don't forget your healthy fats ! Avocado, seeds, peanut butter, make sure to add them in EVERY of your meals !!
A good part of veganism is that you can eat SOOOO much more and not putting on fat ! But you still have to make sure you are eating enough and in variety to get enough nutrient !
If you are lacking of something it's not sustainable and you will be more likely to quit.
