EASY LOW FAT VEGAN POLENTA RECIPE ! 😌 👅✨

Have you ever wondering how to make a vegan polenta?

Here's how, and I think you can’t find quicker !

I propose you the original simple version, but you can make it sweet as well, and create a cornmeal cake !! The recipe is on my recipe eBook and vegan meal plan !

You can actually enjoy it hot or cold, sweet or salty, and you can adjust the consistency to your preference ! (Creamy, more watery, really thick – which is my favorite - )

I like to eat my quick homemade vegan polenta either cold in salad, or use it as bread and put pennut butter on it ! (Yep, I put PB on everything !)

I also like to eat them from breakfast with the cornmeal cake of my eBook !

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • Spices of your choices (garlic powder if salty – cinnamon if sweet – drop – be creative !)

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste – if needed -

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Bring plant based milk and stir in the cornmeal.

  2. Cook it while stirring frequently and scraping the bottom to avoid burning the cornmeal mixture ! Add a little of water/milk to adjust the texture to your taste !

The cornmeal is done when it is smooth and thick.

Serve as is for a creamy polenta dish. For a thick polenta loaf, put it in the recipient you want your polenta make form !
