Day 1. Practice Gratitude.

At the end of this day, I want you to write down everything you are grateful for about this day. This can be anything, from wining the jackpot, to the smile of the seller ! By taking time to write it down, you realize how many positive things happen in your life. It allows you to see them after in your daily life. It’s easy to remember the bad things that happened to us, but don’t forget that for 1 bad thing, there were plenty amazing things in your day ! Teach yourself to see them ! Be grateful for what you have.
