WHAT BOOTY EXERCISE I CAN DO AT HOME ?

Here is plenty legs exercises you can do at home without equipments ! Not having access to the gym is not an excuse to giving up !

You can even have a great session without any equipment !!

(And you can always add weight with water bottle, books or others ! When we want we can ! 😉 💪🏼 ) So there are my favorite booty targeting at home exercises : - Bulgarian split squat or pistol squat for my advances peeps 💪🏼

- Hight reps hips trust or bridge

- Squat pulse + squat jumps

- Side lunges / lunges

- Kick backs / donckey

- Single leg hips trust

- Single leg bridge with a food on a bench (or your bed 😉)

- Side lying hip raise

- All the band exercises
